So after the madness (or success) or the Paris to Milton Keynes challenge last year I have stupidly signed up again for an even bigger event in 2025!! What have I done....

This is my second "Ring of Fire" event, but the 8th edition overall and this time we are doing 360 miles in 4 days (unless we get lost and add to that) starting from Milton Keynes Rugby Club then on to Nottingham, Newport (Salop), Gloucester and then back to MK Rugby Club for a bit of a party.

Recent charities we have supported are -

1. Willen Hospice - a charity based in Milton Keynes, providing compassionate care and end of life care.

2. Gloucester Rugby Foundation - supporting Motor Neurone Disease research

3. MKRUFC itself - providing rugby training and matches for 100’s of local children

4. Cardiac risk in the young - provide heart screening and healthcare for ages 14+
