This weekend I'm running the Great Bristol Half Marathon.
The 13-19 May is also Mental Health Awareness Week and as the theme is movement, I'm supporting a local charity that supports movement for mental health – Make a Move for Mental Health.
This charity helps people make positive changes to their lives with movement, music and mindfulness to improve their mental health, and Rachel is also a trustee of this charity.
