Hello ! My name is Chatty Matty. Back again for more lycra-clad pain, fun and games and suchlike. Not just a series of gruelling bike rides but also other events like : EXTREME ABSEILING, dragon boating, group walking and pub crawling. All of this to mark our 10th anniversary of ROF (The Ring of Fire).

The fun starts in May with an Abseil down the Northampton Lift Tower (outside) and then the first ROF ride around Northern France and Belgium. I will be doing my bit.

Culminates in September with a hill climbing ' trip to the Pyrennes (on two whelles). OUCH
