In January 2025, our family experienced the loss of our Dad, Wayne, due to complications arising from his attempted suicide. To honor his memory and address the critical issue of men's mental health, I will be undertaking a skydive in August to raise money for Men's Minds Matter.

As a Mum of three boys, and with nephews I also care deeply about, I believe that no child or man should ever feel that their mental health is unimportant or something to be kept hidden. It's vital that we create a society where open conversations about mental well-being are encouraged and supported, ensuring that everyone feels empowered to seek help when they need it most.
