In September I am hoping to complete the Age UK Plymouth Mount Toubkal Challenge . It is the highest peak in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, standing at 4,167m .

I am a trustee for Age UK Plymouth, please support me with your donations which help this fantastic organisation to provide services to people over the age of 50 to combat loneliness, reduce isolation and promote independence. We also support people with dementia and their carers. This year we have completed a project to facilitate early hospital discharge and free up acute hospital beds.

Your donations will support future projects to make Plymouth a city where people Love Later Life.
