On 11th August a group of us are climbing the UK's tallest mountain, Ben Nevis, in support of Fences & Frontiers.
Fences & Frontiers exists to make London a more welcoming, supportive and inspiring place for refugees and asylum seekers to live and settle. Fences runs a range of cultural, physical, and educational activities for refugees and asylum seekers - bringing people together in the spirit of friendship and solidarity. These range from country walks to museum visits, city farm trips to nights at the theatre.
Fences & Frontiers is proud to be a volunteer led, grassroots organisation. Our services are reliant on the kindness and generosity of our donors.
We are looking to raise £1,345 through this fundraiser - that's £1 per metre of the mountain! What better way to keep up motivated when the legs start lagging! (UPDATE - Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters we've now doubled this target - to match the walk down)
Fences & Frontiers has had a huge surge of interest in recent months. However, in order to open our projects to these new people, we now need to up our funds!
So, please support us in whatever way you can. Help us provide people with opportunities to make friends, practice English, explore beautiful rural and urban places, and escape their fears - if only for a few hours!

Please give whatever you can!
Thanks,
From the walkers (Kevin, Ben, Lewis, Jemma, Joe, Neil)
