If your looking at this page you are hopefully considering sponsoring me for a triathlon to raise money for a local charity called Sporting Family Change (SFC). SFC is a Bath based charity that works with children and families who may have disabilities, behavioural or relationship issues. The charity aims to give people experiences they wouldn’t otherwise have, aiming to build self esteem and personal confidence.
Many of you will know that I am doing the Westonbrit Triathlon on Monday 27th May. This is my first triathlon and something I have wanted to do before I reach 60!! I have found the training pretty tough, and things haven’t quite gone according to plan, but it wouldn’t be a challenge if it was easy, but none of the people helped by SFC have anything like an easy life.
