💙 I’m Taking an Ice Bath for My Daughter Natalia

On 12 April, I will be taking on an Ice Bath Challenge to raise money for Sunshine & Smiles – Leeds Down Syndrome Network.

This challenge is very personal to me. My beautiful daughter Natalia was born with Down syndrome, and she has brought an incredible amount of love, joy and strength into our lives. She reminds us every day that the smallest things can bring the greatest happiness.

Like many families, we are learning, growing and navigating this journey together. Support from organisations like Sunshine & Smiles makes a huge difference. They provide guidance, resources and a wonderful community for families raising children with Down syndrome.

That’s why I decided to step far outside my comfort zone and jump into an ice bath, something that will definitely be cold and challenging! ❄️

But a few freezing minutes is nothing compared to the lifelong impact that support and awareness can have for children like Natalia.
