I am SO proud to have been chosen as one of the 2025 Tour Baton Bearers as part of the @BatonOfHopeUK Tour, which will be coming through Portsmouth for the first time on Friday 26th September💜
In the lead up to this, I will be walking a whopping 22.7km around Portsea Island on Saturday 26th July, raising money for both Home-Start Portsmouth and Baton of Hope.
When I saw the social media post of the Tour coming to Portsmouth, I just knew I wanted to apply! I’ve been touched directly by suicide and I’ve also struggled with my own mental health for years so for me personally, raising awareness and getting people talking is really important!
I was supported by Home-Start Portsmouth when I got post-natal depression and having my wonderful volunteer Kate visit me each week was a life line. I now love working for Home-Start Portsmouth as I know the true value of what we offer to families.
All donations will be split between the two charities and goes directly to the people they support and the work they do.
So please, whatever you can give, it really does make a different and it will be the world to me x

Walk The Island

Starting from home, I will be walking the 22.7km around Portsea Island. Most people know it as Portsmouth & Southsea but yes, it is in fact island! I've lived here for 20 years and I love this City. There's always so much to do and when the sun shines, there's no better place!
