About

As part of Challenge Two Point Six, I'm going to climb my 2.6m high staircase 260 times. This is the equivalent of ascending Pen Y Fan, a 672m high climb in Powys, Wales, but without leaving my home and having to enjoy all that lovely scenery/mountain air/sense of freedom.

There are many charities that I'd like to support through this hard time, but the one I've chosen is Oxfordshire Breastfeeding Support. They provide invaluable support to new parents - support we benefitted from with our own child and are very glad to give back to now. They had organised a charity family triathlon for June, and my hope is that this small effort will help a little meet the shortfall from that event not going ahead.

I will be doing this challenge (weather permitting) on Tuesday 28th April, starting at 10am. I will post updates on my Instagram (@thisiswhereweswam) throughout. Thank you in advance for your support.

Update from Craig

Challenge completed! 676m ascended, 3400ish steps up (and the same back down, coincidentally), total time about 52 minutes. I've posted some photos and videos on Instagram. Thank you so far!
