Jill and Kat will be joining Team Sunshine & Smiles* to help aid the amazing work of a charity supporting children and young people living with Downs Syndrome.This is to help thank them for all the help and ongoing support they give myself and to my beautiful daughter/niece Pippa Who is 6 with Down Syndrome, Sunshine and Smiles are a small local charity that give so much to the families of down syndrome children with speech and language, dancing, swimming and educational and development support and guidance.The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge (Y3PC) is a 25 mile (40km) trek tackling three of the highest peaks in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Pen y Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough (over 5000ft/1500m of ascent) are your targets, and the aim is to complete them all within a time of 12 hours.
