Join in the Tough Mudder challenge to raise funds for our Charity of the Year, KEEN London. KEEN is a charity that works tirelessly to improve physical activity, social interaction and quality of life for children with disabilities in the London area. Help them make a difference by signing up to the Tough Mudder today
Tough Mudder is very much a team-based event, there is no rush to win just to finish and ensure your teammates can as well.
There are no winner's medals here just the world-famous Tough Mudder headband and finisher T-shirt and a strong drink!
In addition to the fabulous tough mudder finisher shirt, we would love to provide our mudders with KEEN T-shirts for the before and after photos and to save your own from getting ruined!
RBGLS will pay for your entry ticket, however, if you do not want to participate please reach out to colleagues who are taking on the Tough Mudder and make sure to support them by donating any amount you can - please note KEEN London relies entirely on the donation of others. We would like to encourage support on the day as well (all support is welcome!).

With the recent funding from RBGLS, KEEN has booked their annual residential weekend away for July. This weekend away is the highlight of the year for the children we support, their first night(s) away from home, rare respite for families and for KEEN. This year they are heading to an outdoor centre in the middle of the woods in Sussex, it will be a lovely break from the city and they would not have been able to book this without the funding from RBGLS.
Therefore, we would like to thank you all for your contributions.
