We're fundraising to restock our food shelves so we can continue supporting women and families who are struggling to afford the basics.
At Women's Health Matters, we provide practical support to women facing some of the toughest circumstances, including poverty, trauma, and domestic abuse. Our food shelves offers immediate, short-term help when there's nowhere else to turn.
With the rising cost of living, more women are relying on this resource to feed themselves and their families, but we have no dedicated funding to keep it going.
We are asking for your help to keep our food shelves stocked with essentials like tinned food, pasta, cereal, and toiletries. Every penny donated will go directly towards purchasing long-life items that can be given out when they are needed most.
This may be a small part of what we do, but it makes a big difference. Access to a few days' worth of food, without delay or judgment, helps ease pressure during difficult times and reminds women that they are not alone.
Your donation will help to make sure that no woman has to go without the essentials, and that our shelves are never empty when someone reaches out.
