On 9th May I will be abseiling down the worlds tallest permanent abseil, the National Lift Tower, which many of you will have seen overlooking the Northampton Saints ground at 418ft (127m).

This is part of the 10th year of MKRUFC's infamous Ring of Fire (RoF) fundraising supporting:
