I am taking on the challenge of running a 5k race at Bedford Run Fest in September raising money for Living It Up. Having been diagnosed with long COVID and then fibromyalgia I have not done any running for several years and am really scared by the prospect of doing this. Living It Up is a charity close to my heart so I'm going to give it my best shot and any donations would be really appreciated.
