Me and my mate James Reeves are running the Leeds marathon to raise money and awareness for Sunshine and Smiles, the Leeds Down Syndrome support group.

They are an amazing group who provide services such as speech and language, sports activities, work placements and general help, support and guidance. They even have a cafe where young people work that we will be running past - cafe 21 in Headingley.

Services are provided free of charge, and this is able to be done through fundraising such of this. Any donations would really benefit lots of families in Leeds.
