On Saturday 1st December I will be stepping in the ring for my first ever charity boxing match after 8 weeks of intense training. All donations will be going to Tonic, Music for mental health. This is a great charity and I am proud to be supporting. I hope friends and family can help me raise as much money as possible. All donations regardless of size will be greatly appreciated.
