I ran the Bath Half once, 16 years ago. It was a bitter sweet experience then and I know that it will be even harder now. However, sharing so much of life with people from the Life Project, I know first hand how worthwhile all the pain will be. It is a great thing to see people with learning disabilities taking part in purposeful activities and growing in skills and confidence, loving life and having a positive impact on the wider community. Thank you for helping us enable more to do the same.

Well, the first month the training was going so well and then ....CRUNCH!! ..... something pulled and I was on rest and stretches but I’m happy to back pacing the streets with a new pair of trainers.
