Bike & Hike Arran - Our work team this year have decided to take on the challenging 60+ mile cycle around the island of Arran followed by a scramble up Goat Fell, at nearly 900m, the highest mountain on Arran. All to be done in under 10 hours! · 11 June 2025. Each of us will be raising money for various charities and this one is mine:

75% of all deaths by suicide are male, and a man or boy kills themselves every two hours in the UK. Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50.

Every pound donated to my fundraiser will help keep men and boys alive.

Men’s Minds Matter is a charity close to my heart. They provide counselling support and suicide interventions, as well as training mental health professionals to prevent suicide. Men’s Minds Matter also direct research to help to make suicide a thing of the past.
