On Saturday 14th June I'll be climbing Snowdon for the charity Men's Minds Matter.

I'll be doing it with my brother from another mother Dave Brabon aka Big Dave.

Dave lost his brother to suicide and attempted to take his own life more recently. I'm so glad he didn't succeed.

Dave has had my back and looked after me since I was in Primary school whenever I got myself in trouble. We cycled to Scotland in 2019 for his brother and we'll do this for his brother but for Dave too. And for all the others that are struggling.

I made a promise to myself that I'll always pick up the phone to my friends and family, even if I'm busy or struggling myself. Because you never know what that phone call might be for.
