I am aiming to raise a minimum of £300 for Men's Minds Matter by climbing up to the summit of Snowdon on 14th June 2025.

For those who know me, know that I have been affected by my own battle with mental health, 3 months ago I would of been ashamed to say that, but with the support of my family, friends and work. I have been able to work my way through to the other side, many men don't feel that they have that support.

Men's Minds Matter are a CIC (community interest company) who are passionate about men's mental health, suicide intervention and prevention, and specialise in developing and delivering psychological interventions for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, whilst also advocating for and raising awareness about male suicide.
