Charity Walk ....Southport to Salford
To walk 36 miles from Southport to Salford. Paul's motivation to do this walk is to raise funds for the Macmillan Cancer Support after losing his dad 12 months ago to cancer and having an older brother that is also undergoing treatment for his third bout of cancer. Also he would like to raise funds for The Salfordian Hotel of which he has been the manager of for the past 13 years. He hopes to raise as much money as possible to donate to both charities that are very close to his heart.

About Charity walk from Southport To Salford
General Manager of the Salfordian Hotel, Paul Bailey... will be walking from the hotel in Southport to Salford. The distance of the walk is 36 miles. He will walk out to Scarisbrick onto Ormskirk then down through to the Rainford Bypass then on to the East Lancs Road (A580) to Swinton Civic Centre. The walk is to raise money towards The Macmillan Cancer Care and the Salfordian Hotel... which are both very close to Paul's heart. The estimated time of the walk will be between 10-11 hours.
