I have grown a moustache through Movember to hopefully raise some awareness and money for the Men’s Minds Matter Charity who specialise in developing and delivering psychological interventions for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, while also advocating for and raising awareness about male suicide.

This is a cause close to mine, my family’s, and my friends hearts though bitter experience.

The stats are devastating. Men currently make up 76% of all suicides in the UK and on average more than 13 men a day take their own lives.

As I am a bit late to ask for donations, there will be no tash trimming until mid-December, but if we reach my target of £500 I’ll keep it throughout Christmas.

Please donate generously as for every £1 you donate it will be doubled by my employer (Johnson Matthey) up to a maximum match of £1000.
