Hi all
I'm raising money for Morrello, one of those places you'd hope you never visit but are eternally grateful you have.
On 25.12.24, my wife Soumia had a subarachnoid hemorrhage, resulting in 2 life saving brain surgeries and long term impacts on her health. Thankfully she's on the road to recovery, but we've needed really specific neuro-physiological support with her rehabilitation. In stepped Morrello following a recommendation.
The centre is phenomenal, with incredibly talented people and best-in-class equipment to help rehabilitate complex health issues caused by stroke, Parkinson's and other neurological conditions.
They've been a game changer for Soumia's rehabilitation and so many other patients we thankfully see making improvements on a weekly basis.
I'm doing the Dragon Ride 100 mile ride, and assuming Soumia recovers enough, also doing the 100 mile Tour de Gwent later this year. Failing the latter, I'll do a separate 100 mile route whenever she's well enough for me to leave her for the day.
Your donations will help fund more equipment, more expertise and provide a higher quality of life to those with complex neurological conditions and rehabilitation needs.
Please give generously and hopefully we can share some pictures of the equipment your money has helped to buy.
