I turned 50 yrs and the Couchmans said they were running the Bath Half Marathon for the Life project. . I ran this race with Sarah many years ago for charity and wanted to try to run this again whilst also helping to raise funds for this excellent charity . I am a Gp and I sit down alot! I am not a good exercise model for my patients ! and if i sit there much longer I might end up like 'Stan ' the skeleton in my room ha ha !! So I said 'yes ' I will give this a go !! I must confess , I am looking forward to the bar of chocolate at the end of the race - super tasty after 20 km
