Summer Dreaming - help SOAP get ready to open!
We are all dreaming of our kids spending the summer at SOAP but we need your help to get the playground ready to open safely!
Cancelling parties and closing the playground has had a huge impact on our income and we now need to make significant changes to the site to ensure we are able to reopen.
Our volunteer committee is busy working to put plans in place but we need a huge community fundraising effort to provide the funds necessary to install outdoor wash basins, make repairs to the play structures, increase our staff numbers and make any additional infrastructure changes that may be necessary to ensure the safety of our whole community.
Please donate between the 15 - 18 June as part of Local Giving's SMALL CHARITIES WEEK.
We are thrilled to have smashed our target of £2k in the first 24 hours! If we're able to raise an additional £3k we will have everything in place to reopen SOAP when government guidelines allow.
