2019 is a year where I am pushing everything in my life to be better than ever before, therefore come Saturday 13th July I'm going to step in a boxing ring for the first time and box with only 8 weeks training.
The reason why I am taking part in this event is to help raise money for mental health awareness and if I can help 1 person speak out about their battles then I would love to hear from you!
I have had my own battles with mental health over the past 10 years and it can be a very dark place and you can feel alone.
Now lets untied and get people talking about this difficult subject and support others who need support as life is a mental roller-coaster and sometimes we fall off!
