During September this year James has pledged to run 100 km and Julie will swim 20 km in aid of The Life Project (Bath). This is an amazing charity for people with learning difficulties and their families locally. It helps people access day services, family support and social activities. We hope you will sponsor our efforts for their benefit. Wish us well and cheer us on! A kilometre in the pool is 40 lengths. Doing this for 20 days out of 30 is going to be a challenge! I'm a bit in awe of James' self imposed target of 100 km. Even he says it will be a stretch:)
