Here we go again. This is my 7th cycle tour in the RING OF FIRE SERIES as support crew. Looking after the riders for up to 14 hours per day. Seeing the pain and suffering they go through to raise much needed funds for good causes.

Not a bad effort for a team of lapsed athletes that are not really cyclists ....

Our combined efforts have raised almost £700,000 to date (as of Oct 2024). Please help us to continue our great work.

This year is a UK based trip. 90 miles per day plus side activities (challenges) to augment the experience.

We will cycle from MKRUFC to Nottingham then on to the Welsh borders, down to Gloucester and then back home to MKRUFC. A total of 360 miles ...
