This April, we are taking on a 50km challenge in memory of someone very special to us, who we recently lost to suicide.

Our hearts are still heavy with grief, but we wanted to channel that pain into something positive—raising awareness, starting conversations, and supporting those who may be struggling in silence.

Suicide has touched our lives in a way we never expected, and it has shown us just how important it is to look out for one another, to speak openly about mental health, and to remind people that they are not alone.

Throughout April, we will be walking/running a total of 50km to honour their memory and to raise funds for mental health support and suicide prevention.
