Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK, with a man taking his own life every two hours.
Men’s Minds Matter (MMM) is a suicide prevention organisation providing online resources, workshops, and courses tailored specifically to support men’s mental health.
It’s well known that exercise can have a powerful impact on mental well-being. That’s why MMM’s 50km in 30 Days Challenge is such a great initiative, it not only raises vital funds for men’s mental health but also helps participants improve their own.
Personally, my own mental health has taken a hit recently, so Im taking on this challenge to look after my mind while raising money to support others. Your support means the world, whether a donation or simply helping me spread the word. Let’s make a difference together!
We can complete the 50km any way we like. I’m planning to run the 50km but if my knee doesn’t want to play ball I’ll be adding in some hikes too.
