THE “OLDIES” ARE FUNDRAISING FOR THE REDWAY SCHOOL As two of the more mature (as in old) ladies in school, Tina and Alison are always thinking of what mischief to get up to next. They have decided that they would like to throw themselves out of an aeroplane and thought that you might like to help them raise money for the school. They are trying to raise £500 to buy new equipment for the children.All money raised will go to the school as the girls will not be claiming the cost of the jump back.So, at Hinton Skydiving Centre on 3rd June, they will be high in the sky and (they hope) floating gracefully to the ground.When interviewed Tina said “I am doing this in the hope that when I land I’ll have lost my wrinkles”! Alison just said “It’s Tina’s fault - she made me do it!!!”Colleagues quoted “They’re doing what????”; “May I pack the ‘chutes?” and “where are the scissors?”The school has a Local Giving page on the website here which means that you can donate directly to school. You can always send in the money! Come on all you people it’ll be a laugh and we may be able to let you have sight of the video (but don’t tell them!!)

We are getting ready to fly!!! and trying out different outfits. We think these would be fun!

They had so much fun!!!! Both Tina and Ali enjoyed themselves and landed safely watched by a few family and friends. They both said that it had been great fun and Ali said she would do it again! Photos will come out on the school's facebook and website and we might be able to get a bit of the videos to show you.
