Three Minds, One Mission: Men’s Mental Health Awareness
On June 1st, the three of us—Moritz, William & Alex—will take on the Half Ironman in Rapperswil, Switzerland. That means 1.9 km of swimming, 90 km of cycling, and 21 km of running—all in one go. It’s a massive challenge, but we’re doing it for something bigger than ourselves.
We’re racing to support Men’s Mind Matter, an organization dedicated to men’s mental health. Too many men struggle in silence, and we want to help change that. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and no one should feel like they have to face their battles alone.
Why This Matters to Us
Endurance sports have taught us a lot about pushing through tough moments—physically and mentally. But in life, unlike in sports, asking for help is often seen as a weakness. That needs to change. The reality is, men’s mental health is in crisis. Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death among men, and stigma still stops too many from reaching out.
Through this race, we want to start conversations, raise awareness, and most importantly, raise funds to support the work that Men’s Mind Matter is doing to provide mental health resources and support systems.
How You Can Help
We’ve set a fundraising goal of 2000£, and every contribution—big or small—will help make a real difference. Whether you donate or just share this campaign, you’re helping us support a cause that could change (or even save) someone’s life.
This race will push us to our limits, but compared to the battles many men fight every day, this is nothing. Let’s do something about it—together.
Support the cause. Break the stigma. Let’s make an impact.
See you at the finish line!
