On the 8th, 9th and 10th May Hatherop Primary School mums Milly Withington and Milly Bowring will be taking on their very own version of the Three Peak Challenge.

Departing from the traditional 24-hour feat, they have come up with their own bonkers and brilliant approach: to scale Snowdon, scramble Scafell Pike and blitz Ben Nevis THREE LEGGED over three days!

This intrepid tripod will be accompanied by trusty two-legged companions Hattie Abbott (all three peaks), Emily Platts and Polly Hewitt (Snowdon).

Going big for the Hatherop Big Build, the hikers hope to raise £1,000 to contribute to the final phase of this vital project to build a hall for the school and local community. (Find out more about the Big Build here.)

Thanks to the generous landlords of The Stump (Fosse Cross) sponsoring Snowdon, The Victoria Inn (Eastleach) sponsoring Scafell Pike, and The New Inn (Coln St Aldwyns) sponsoring Ben Nevis, everyone who sponsors £10 or more has the chance to win a slap-up meal for two. For every £10 donated, your name will be added to a raffle ticket with one drawn at the top of each peak (so sponsoring £50 would give you five chances to win a meal).

Please support the marvellous Millies’ May-time mountain mission and donate generously to our lovely local school.
