Tina runs Cardiff Half Marathon 2019

I'll be taking part in Cardiff's 2019 Half Marathon in October 2019. 

This will be my longest distance ever  - The equivalent of running 4.22 parkruns continuously.

I'll be running for a local charity - Speakeasy Law centre - helping Cardiff residents get independent legal advice for things we take for granted. Every penny donated will help make this training worthwhile and easier (mentally). 

About Speak Easy: 
For more than 25 years Speakeasy Law Centre has delivered independent legal advice, free of charge, to anyone who needs their help. For some it's the loss of a job or a loved one, for others it's domestic abuse, living with a disability or fleeing an oppressive regime. Whatever the cause, SLC supports people who are doing the very best they can just to make ends meet; to feed their kids and keep a roof over their heads, to hold their families together. SLC helps people to challenge unfair decisions that would otherwise leave them homeless or destitute. They hold landlords to account to make sure people have safe and secure places to live. They take carrier bags full of bills that people are too scared to open and help them renegotiate and write off their debts. They make sure families in crisis can access emergency food parcels and help them to tackle discrimination and unfair treatment in the workplace.
