Jo and I have taken on the exciting challenge of completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks in under 12 hours, all in support of an incredible mental health charity, Unmasked Mental Health.
This challenge is not for the faint-hearted, spanning a total distance of 24 miles and includes 1,585m (5,200ft) of ascent. Completing this demanding route within the 12 hour time limit is no small feat.
