Day 1: I went on a Wellbeing Walk
Day 2: I read a book
Day 3: I entertained my cat
Day 4: I did a Jigsaw Puzzle
Day 5: I cooked
Day 6: I journaled
Day 7: I went to a Pottery class
Day 8: I practiced Mindfulness
Day 9: I listened to a playlist of my favourite songs
Day 10: I did Diamond Art
Day 11: I had a clear out and set up a hobby trolley
Day 12: I started rewatching one of my favourite TV shows
Day 13: I attended a counselling session
Day 14: I visited a cafe
Day 15: I had a "spa" session at home
Day 16: I spent time with Friends
Day 17: I did mindful colouring
Day 18: I had a tech free evening
Day 19: I did a paint by numbers
Day 20: I set up a gratitude jar
Day 21: I attended a Zumba class
Day 22: I spent time in nature and practiced the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique
Day 23: I did cross Stitch
Day 24: I got an early night
Day 25: I baked
Day 26: I collaged
Day 27: I listened to a podcast
Day 28: I did a crossword
Day 29: I built a model kit
Day 30: I made Lego flowers
