Team Fundraisers
Fern Street Family Centre provides a wide variety of projects and activities for families and children living in and around the East End of London. I'm running The Vitality Big Half to raise some money for the brilliant work that they do.
As I've done a bit of running before, to up the ante slightly, I thought it would be a good idea to commit to running it in costume. I then thought it would be an even better idea to ask the children that attend Fern Street to come up with ideas for the costume. I'm not sure that this was a good idea, but it's too late now. They have taken on this task extremely enthusiastically and have come up with the drawings exhibited here. It is yet to be decided which costume will make an appearance on the day but I'm a woman of my word and promise to commit to one of them.
I'm extremely grateful in advance for your sponsorship and will produce photographic proof of said costume in action or, even better, come and watch the race!
