This year, I’m running the London Marathon not just as a personal challenge but to support a cause that I believe really matters: men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
Through my life, I’ve learned that many boys and men feel pressure to be “strong” all the time and to keep their feelings to themselves. Too often, this means they don’t ask for help when they’re struggling. I’m running to help change that and to support charities that encourage this topic.
Running 26.2 miles will be tough, but it’s nothing compared to what many people face silently every day. Knowing that this run could help make a difference will keep me going every step of the way. I’d be grateful if you could donate and support me in raising money for Men’s Suicide Prevention.
