For Chiltern Music Therapy I am going to be completing 3000 press ups in November, that’s 100 press ups a day! I might have to start in chunks and hope to do 100 Press ups straight up at the end!
Help me reach my target and raise money for an incredible local charity in Buckinghamshire who provide music services to all those in need. This is especially important during Covid-19, helping with isolation and loneliness. Help me push up my way to 3000 push ups whilst also supporting an essential charity!
