There are 16 of us rowing on the River Thames for the dragon boat challenge at Canbury Gardens. There will be multiple races throughout the day where we will hopefully then race in the final.
All money raised will go to Yorda Adventures which is a not-for-profit community organisation based in Chessington, Surrey.
They run play projects and family days for children and young people with significant learning or complex disabilities and their families.
Their aim is to ease and enhance the children’s lives through play, consistent care and a home from home fun environment.
