Carers Leeds is a brilliant charity that offers advice and support to people who provide unpaid care for a family member, friend, or neighbour who couldn't manage without them. The charity helped me enormously when I was caring for Mike, and so I decided to fundraise for them.
Please will you sponsor me to complete a feat which, for me, will be a huge challenge - I will attempt to remain totally silent for 6 hours on Wednesday 19thJuly, from 8am to 2pm!
