We are refining our training programme to enable us to respond to the training requirements of our volunteers and to work with partners in this area

We have over 109 volunteers who work with clients in a variety of roles, supporting bereaved people in the area. Our clients have the right to expect the volunteers to be appropriately trained in their work.

We evaluate all our work with clients.
