This May day I'm running the Belfast marathon for Huntionton's Disease Association. I ran the Belfast marathon back in 2021 with very little training and managed to hobble round in 5:03:49. This year with considerably more training I'm hoping to complete it in 3:45:00!
Huntington’s Disease, a genetic ‘neuro-degenerative’ disorder which damages or kills the neurons in the brain. All funds raised will be donated to the Huntingdon’s Disease Association NI (HDANI). HDANI works throughout Northern Ireland providing support, information, advice and social connections to those living with the impact of Huntington’s Disease. Any support you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

About Belfast Marathon
The Moy Park Belfast City Marathon is one of the leading marathons in the UK and Ireland and is an AIMS certified race. The race will start at Stormont at 9am and finish in Ormeau Park on Sunday 5th May 2024. The Belfast event is renowned for the incredible local support and crowds to cheer you on throughout your 26.2 miles!
