On the 16th June Brendan is cycling from West Park in Wolverhampton to Aberdovey on the Welsh Coast (just over 100 miles) hoping to raise money for Central Youth Theatre. This fantastic organisation provides performing arts opportunities for young people aged between 8 and 25 and many of its members have gone on to star on stage and screen. Personally our son Derry attends their ‘Acting Up’ sessions which are specifically for young people with special needs which has provided him with a really special space to have fun, develop his personality away from our family environment and most importantly have a fantastic time with a group of friends who are just like him!!
