This year I turn 50 and feel it is time to give back. Most of you know rugby is my religion whether its England, Northampton Saints or Northampton School for Boys. However, it all started for my 3 boys at MK rugby club, which without that foundation would not have led to the years of fun and friendships. These are fantastic charities that deserve all the support you can give.
On 9th May we will be abseiling down the worlds tallest permanent abseil, the National Lift Tower, which many of you will have seen overlooking the Northampton Saints ground at 418ft (127m).
This is part of the 10th year of MKRUFC's infamous Ring of Fire (RoF) fundraising supporting:
Milton Keynes RFC: MKRUFC
Willen Hospice : Willen Hospice | Compassionate Care for the Community
C-R-Y : Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)
