On the 22nd August 2015 I will be taking part in a cycling endurance event. I will set off from Newcastle at midday and riding non stop to our capital within 24 hours (300 miles). Here is the link to event http://www.ride24hr.com/
I will be participating in the event in aid of a very special charity which is very close to our hearts as our 3 year old son attends Stepping Stones District Specialist Centre. The centre provides support for pre-school children who have special needs and have recently had their funding cut.
This challenge will be extremely difficult for me as I took to getting back on a bike last summer after a 15 year brake. Please get behind me but more importantly get behind Stepping Stones District Specialist Centre as I am sure they will appreciate every penny that you donate.
