We have insufficient interview rooms to meet demand even though we have advisers waiting to assist people they have to wait for a room to free up. The project will partion a large meeting room to create four additional interview rooms to meet the demand for the advice service.

Due to the economic climate and the changes in employment and welfare rights reform more and more people want to come and see us for advice. Even though our building is only two years old we have run out of interview space to see all of the people who would like to visit us.

The creation of four equiped new interview rooms to meet client demand so that people can access advice as and when they feel the need to do so. We will hopefully reduce the number of people away due to lack of capacity and more people will resolve their problems more speedily.
