When Valentino was born, we were left stunned by all the negativity from the Medical Team about him having Down Syndrome. However, soon we met the most amazing people through Sunshine and Smiles Leeds Down Syndrome support group and felt so grateful to have a very different and specially more positive way of embracing and accepting his condition. I am raising money for this amazing Chariry founded by parents for families and theirs children to help give the kids more opportunities to thrive and develop through play, trips, speech and language sessions and much more.
