On Sunday 6th October I will be running in the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Age Connects Morgannwg. 
Age Connects Morgannwg is a charity that supports older people living in Merthyr, RCT and Bridgend. 
They offer advice, information and a range of services  to enable people to live independently. 
I have had the pleasure of working with some of the amazing people that provide these services. 
They make such a difference!  
I will be wearing my Age connects vest with pride on race day.
